Ground Control Picks Up 2 More W's

This past weekend, in front of a packed house at Delaware State University, two more Ground Control athletes steppeed into the cage for their first time. Angelo Despasquale (150lbs) weathered a brief storm before hitting a textbook double leg slam and securing the guillotine choke at less than one minute of the first round. Rocky Marcantoni, (190lbs) a BJJ black belt, showed he was more than just a submission expert. He started the round with a thai kick to the legs, and later even battered his opponent with a barrage of knees from the clinch. Rocky was also able to finish his guy off in the first round with a guillotine choke... I’m sure there will be more to come from these two!!!!! Congrats!!
